Lee, began in 1989, importing casual dining furniture from Thailand. Since then Ligo has expanded into bedroom, occasional tables, barstools, and game sets

Over the years, our raw materials sourcing has expanded as well. In addition to solid rubberwood furniture from Thailand we now also offer solid and veneer product from China and rattan and wicker product from Vietnam and Indonesia. Our warehouse facility, centrally located in Mokena, IL, has 350,000 square feet of storage and assembly space.

Rubberwood is indigenous to Southwest Asia and in the past 30 years has become a valuable component of the American furniture industry. Rubberwood is very similar to American oak. It is actually denser allowing for excellent carving and shaping.

Some 30 years ago the Rubber tree was burned after 25 years of latex extraction. Today it is a prominent renewable resource in the furniture industry.
