Delivery Service

To ensure your satisfaction with your purchases we strive to offer timely delivery of your furniture. Our delivery people are dedicated employees of Cordell Furniture, not a third party or contract service. Our delivery personnel unpack and inspect each item before it leaves our warehouse. It is then blanket-wrapped for a white-glove delivery.

We don’t believe in using exaggerated retail pricing and running sale after sale to drive customers to make rushed decisions on a limited choice of product. We want to offer our customers our full selection at our best price everyday. Our entire store is priced with “Everyday Low Prices.” You can buy with confidence that you’re getting the very best price everyday, whether it’s a stock item or special order! Special Orders

We excel at offering you choices. Whether it’s changing a fabric or a wood finish we don’t like to say no. Most upholstered item (sofas, chairs, recliners, etc.) are available to be custom ordered in a fabric of your choice. We have over 4000 fabric and leather choices from our vendors plus many offer C.O.M. At Cordell’s, we are proud to offer the Northshore area custom options without the custom price.

Warranty & Protection

Most of our manufacturers offer warranties on their products that range from one year and on. In addition, we offer a supplemental furniture warranty plan that can be purchased before your furniture is delivered to your home. This extended warranty plan provides comprehensive coverage to protect your new furniture against everyday household accidents. We offer plans that cover wood furniture, upholstered fabric furniture, leather furniture, and mattresses. Our protection plan allows you to live with the furniture you love — without worry.
